Definitivamente uno de los mejores libros introductorios al budismo que he podido leer. Te explica paso a paso las bases necesarias para poder iniciar el camino a llevar una vida más feliz y libre de engaños mentales. Es un "must" para cualquiera que quiera conocer más de esta filosofía de vida.

Good book, bad format

It's a great book to guide you in your starting path in Buddhism. The writing style is simple and easy to understand with straight forward examples and analogies. However, the format in which it's uploaded doesn't allow you to increase the font size neither on my Kindle.

I'm sure the read is good but the tablet version is horrible. Can not adjust the size of the font, if you turn the tablet its not made to turn with the tablet. I tried to read it and I gave up. I wish I could get my money back.
